I've been wanting to do a Mucha inspired piece for a long time. This character has been one of the main subjects I've considered and finally something made sense, so here it is.

Those flowers took too long to render.

Love the Mucha style and you've paid tribute so well. The muted colour palette is lovely and her dress is gorgeus!

Thank you! I was actually very surprised how muted the colors look since most of them are incredibly saturated!

Well, they are dusky colours which enhance each other purely by the fact that they are next to each other. It's strange and wonderful how one colour can have such a great effect on another. Plus, I think the chroma of each colour has a lot to do with it and that is seperate from saturation.
